Campfire Stories / Andre Gauché offers printed books and related publications for sale through this website. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.
We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, prices and availability shown on the website are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information where necessary.
Refunds and Returns
If a printed book is received damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and are subject to verification of the order and reason for the return. Returned products should be in their original condition unless they were received damaged or defective.
Digital products, downloads or electronic publications cannot normally be refunded once they have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable South African law.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return and will be subject to the above Returns and Refunds Policy.
Delivery
Delivery times and charges will be displayed or communicated when an order is placed. While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier or postal service used.
